Low-cost Dr.Web migration programme

Available to other anti-virus vendors’ customers who have never used Dr.Web before

• 1. This special offer applies to all Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite products as well as to Dr.Web ATM Shield and the small business bundle. Dr.Web KATANA, the Safe School bundle, utilities, Dr.Web Home Security Suite products, Dr.Web Retail Security Suite products, and Dr.Web Anti-virus subscriptions are not part of the migration programme.
• 2. This discount is only available to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and notaries, and only once.
• 3. Users of OEM licenses are not eligible for the migration discount.
• 4. Customers migrating to a one-year license for Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite or Dr.Web ATM Shield receive a 50% discount. If a migration lice’s coverage exceeds the maximum allowed price-list quantity, the discount may reach up to 50%. If a customer opts to migrate by purchasing a two- or three-year license, the 1 and 1.5 multipliers will be applied respectively to the price of a one-year Dr.Web license. Customers migrating to a one-year license for the small business bundle receive a 40% discount.
• 5. The migration discount applies only when customers are switching to a Dr.Web anti-virus product that is similar to the one they have been using (one of the same type and protecting the same number of objects).
• 6. To receive a migration discount, a user must provide their original license, copies of documents confirming their purchase of the license from another vendor or the confirmation email containing the license’s registration information and proving that an electronic license was indeed purchased from another vendor.
• 7. Users of valid and expired licenses can receive the discount, provided that they have contacted a Doctor Web partner within 30 days of their license’s expiration.
• 8. If the license purchased from the other vendor is still valid when the customer purchases a Dr.Web license, the time remaining on that license will be added to the term of the Dr.Web license free of charge.
• 9. When a license obtained through the migration programme is subsequently renewed, standard renewal terms apply.
• 10. Migration discounts are not added to any other discounts.
• 11. If a customer has used a Dr.Web product to protect their PCs and has been protecting their other objects (e.g., email or gateways) with a competitor’s solution, a discount will be granted on Dr.Web email and gateway products even though the customer is not a new Doctor Web client.
• 12. Customers who previously used a similar Dr.Web product and then switched to a competitor’s solution are not provided with a migration discount when they return to using a Dr.Web product.
