Low-cost Dr.Web migration programme

The migration programme «Switch to Green» allows End Users of other vendors’ antiviruses who have never used Dr.Web before to migrate to Dr.Web products.

• 1. If an End User employed a Dr.Web software product for PCs, but used a different vendor’s solutions to protect other objects (or to scan traffic), migration discounts are still provided on similar Dr.Web software products—despite the fact that the End User is not a first-time customer.
• 2. End Users who previously used a Dr.Web software product and then switched to a competitor's similar solution are not provided with migration discounts when they return to using a Dr.Web product.
• 3. The following software products and solutions are available under the migration programme:
  •   Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite;
  •   Dr.Web Server Security Suite;
  •   Dr.Web Mobile Security Suite;
  •   Dr.Web Mail Security Suite;
  •   Dr.Web Gateway Security Suite;
  •   Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite (Universal);
  •   Small business bundle.

  Other software products and solutions are not subject to the migration programme.

• 4. The migration discounts apply only when customers are switching to a Dr.Web antivirus product that is similar to the one they have been using (one of the same type and protecting the same number of objects).
• 5. To get a migration discount, an End User must provide their original license, copies of documents confirming that they purchased their license from another vendor, or the registration confirmation email proving that they had indeed purchased an electronic license from another vendor.
• 6. End Users of valid and expired licenses from other vendors can get a discount, provided that their license expired no more than 30 days ago.
• 7. The validity period of a new Dr.Web License is extended by adding the remaining period of another vendor's license to it free of charge.
• 8. Licenses that End Users acquire under the migration programme are subsequently renewed at the standard renewal discounts.
• 9. The following software products and solutions are available under the migration programme:
  •   Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite products;
  •   Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite (Universal);
  •   Small Business bundle.

  No other software products or solutions are included in the migration programme.

• 10. Customers migrating to Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite and the Small Business bundle are eligible for the following discounts:
  •   12-month license —30% off
  •   24-month license —35% off
  •   36-month license —40% off

  When a customer migrates to Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite (Universal), discounts of any type can only be granted with Doctor Web's approval.
