”My Dr.Web”
“My Dr.Web” is a personalized cabinet for registered customers of
Dr.Web for Windows 4.44. “My Dr.Web” is a web-site guide
and a direct pointer to Dr.Web services for customers.
It can be accessed by users of both Dr.Web commercial
and demo licences. To enter the cabinet, select the “My Dr.Web” menu
item in the contextual menu of SpIDer Guard® file monitor or SpIDer Mail®
mail monitor. You can also go to the scanner Help menu, select “About..” and follow the link.
Services of ”My Dr.Web”

Personal customer area – now you can always see your serial
number, the product licensed, the license expiry date and the date and time of the last update.

Technical support – submit your support requests
using the web-form in this area. The web-form is integrated into Dr.Web’s
Technical Support ticket system. A link to the Frequently Asked Questions page is also located here.

Buy/Renew – choose your country in a drop-down list and
you will be directed straight to Dr.Web authorized partners or online
store, as you choose, where you can buy or renew Dr.Web licences.

Online scanner – check a suspicious URL or
files by Dr.Web online scanner with the latest definitions of Dr.Web
virus database. You can also send virus samples to Dr.Web Anti-virus Laboratory using
the web-form in this area.
