A service license entitles you to offer curing services to your corporate customers, i.e. it transfers usage rights to a third party REPEATEDLY. The number of protected objects under such a license indicates the maximum number of instances that you can transfer usage rights to a third party.

Special service licenses entitle companies to use Dr.Web CureNet! to provide curing services to third-party companies. The number of protected objects under such a license indicates the maximum number of workstations you can check and cure in one company during the license term.
